前作が見事に失敗して不安に満ちた気分を晴らすつもりなんだか分かりませんが、いい曲です。通好みの作品なので売れ線ではありません。

自分の意見としては、Fayrayという人を漢字1文字で表すとするならば、【女】かな、と、思います。いやらしい女々しいとかそんなんじゃなく、どこまでも果てしなく深い愛でつつみこんでくるような“女性らしい包容力”。母性とも言う。そんな要素を彼女の中から紡ぎ出される、メロディー、歌声、歌詞、空気などをはじめとする全てから感じとるコトが出来たからです。それぐらいなまでにFayrayというのは弱った心に丁度いいのです。それは逆に言えば、逞しささえ感じますが、男らしすぎずあくまで女性らしい可憐さや潔さを持ち合わせていて、だからきっと男女関係なく、いい女と想える!そんな、Fayrayのいい女な部分が見事に音楽化しているのがこの曲。エイベックス在籍時のナンバーなのでタイアップを意識した派手さはありますがけしていやらしくならずに、あくまで良質なメロディーと彼女のボーカルを生かす塩梅にとどめられています。なので聴きやすい!「stay」というワードが意味するのは、精神的な意味も含まれているであろうコトは勿論なのですが、ここでは体の話も含まれていたりもします。♪終わりのない孤独は 分け合って 体ごと重なろう。と。そこには、an・anのセックス特集なんかよりよっぽどリアルな、フェミニンでかつ潔い、精神的な性の在り方を垣間見た気がしました。まさしく大人のいい女の言葉だと想いました。とても偉大な温もりが詰まったナンバーだと思うので、男女問わず、弱ってるアナタにこそ聴いてほしい。。

この頃は昔の曲調と少し違う方向になってきて、
…昔は心地の良いテンポとベース音でヒーリングサウンドのような感じもしてました。
でもだんだんそのクールな心地良さって感じでは無くなってきて正直心配してましたが
この作品は違いましたね(*^-^)
個人的には「白い花」に入ってるリミックスの方が好きですが
昔のテンポとはまた別の心地良さがあると思います。
とても温かい曲です。
是非アルバムに入ってる方も聴いてほしいです。
リミックスの方が好きなので、星４つです。
