   1982年から放送されたタイムボカンシリーズ第6弾。業界第1位のタイムリース社はあらゆる時代への道具貸し出しを開始。シャレコウベリース社は業界第2位の大手だが、タイムリース社本社のすぐ近所にある支社は業績最悪の状態。そこへ会長コン・コルドーからタイムリース社の業務を妨害せよとの特命が下る。かくして支社長ムンムン、部長コスイネン、課長キョカンチンによるクリーン悪トリオが結成され、各時代への妨害工作が始まるが、タイムリース社の豪速九は謎のヒーロー・イッパツマンで対抗し、妨害は常に未然に防がれるのであった。
   例によってのSFギャグアクションでありながら、今回は企業の都合に翻弄される三悪の悲哀を描きつつ、中盤からは謎が謎を呼ぶ連続ドラマが展開、異色作でありながらシリーズ屈指の傑作となっている。（田中　元）

5.0 out of 5 stars うーらの畑にビルが建つペっぺ　ひょーんな事でも腹が立つぺっぺ, 2008/2/5
というエンディングテーマは一度聞いたら頭から離れない。幼稚園の頃にみた作品だが、生まれて初めて悪役の気持ちを考えた作品かも。このシリーズおなじみの悪役トリオはもちろん、魅力的な悪役が登場し、それぞれに丁寧に描かれている。

前半はお約束のパターン(タイムリースをお届け、悪役トリオが邪魔して、イッパツマンが助ける)が基本で、楽しく観る事ができるが、後半になると物語はジェットコースターサスペンスへと変わっていくのだ。大人の鑑賞にも十分耐えられるドラマチックな展開にハラハラドキドキ。観終わった後は真剣に考えてしまう程の衝撃的なラスト。特急ザウルスや逆転王の超合金も欲しくなるぜ。

ギャグが今でも通用するのは、タイムボカンシリーズは多い。シリーズ最多にして最高です。謎が謎を呼ぶ展開とスピーディーで大人っぽい、それでいてチョットえっちなシーンが多い(笑)
サラリーマンの悲哀やらも映し出す非常に笑えるシリーズ最高のアニメ金字塔!買いましょう!

　「タイムボカン」において、期せずして主人公よりも人気者になった悪役トリオ。いつもいつも、もうちょっとのところで勝てそうで勝てない。それが、遂に、勝ってしまうのだ。前半だけとはいえ。やっぱり、タツノコプロってすごい。

　歌もいつも楽しいのだが、今回は３悪人が会社の社長、部長、課長と言う設定なので、なぜかサラリーマンの悲哀をコミカルに歌ったもので、結構カラオケで歌っても受けそうな曲です。
