川の流れや清流の音（CD）って無理矢理小鳥のさえずりとか入れている事が多いけど
このCDは純粋に60分間、四万十川の流れを録音してある。
虫や小鳥の音じゃなくて大自然の川の優しい流れに身を任せたい時には、これが一番いいかもしれない。
どちらかというと深夜の四万十川という感じに近い。

就寝時に聞いています。暗くして目をつむると横に川が流れているような気がします。
たまに鳥の声がはいりますが、とても自然な音です。
イライラも不思議におさまって　ぐっすり眠れました。

色々快眠CDが出ていますが、
私はこれが一番眠れます。

好みはそれぞれだと思いますが、前者の方と同様に
ずーっとせせらぎ音のみなので、とても気持ちが安らぎます。
アロマを嗅ぎながら聞いていると、睡眠薬を飲まないと眠れない位の
重度の不眠症だったのが、嘘の様に眠れるようになりました。
今は少しずつ薬を減らしていけてます。
（あくまでも個人的な感想ですので）

あまりに気に入って最初はタイマーで切れるようにしていましたが、
今は朝までかけっぱなしです☆
寝起きにせせらぎ音も気持ち良いです！！
