上階の騒音に悩まされる日々が続き、快眠できるようになりたいと思って
効果的だと思われるCDをいろいろ探していたところ、このCDを見つけすぐに購入しました。毎日帰宅後と朝に聴いていますが、まるで高原の別荘にでもいるような錯覚におちいるほど心地いいんです。
今では心がとっても穏やかになり、体調も良くなりました。
ゆらぎのパワーってすごい！と感激しています。
不思議なことに、今では上階の騒音もそれほど気にならなくなりました。
このCDを作ってくださった方に感謝したい気持ちで一杯です！

こうしたジャンルのＣＤは初めての購入でしたが、
予想以上の録音品質で、製作者が意図する世界観がはっきりと伝わってきました。
休日の陽だまりで流せば、言わずもがなそこは至極のお昼寝空間と化します。
ただし、夜寝る前の視聴は朝の雰囲気を感じてしまうため、あまり適さないかもしれません。
最後にひとつ細かいことをコメントさせていただくと、若干「川のせせらぎ音」が強すぎるかな、と。音量を上げすぎると、「チョロロロー」が強調されて、ちょっと安っぽくなります。
というわけで個人的には４つ星〜。

ストレスが多い日常から脱出し、自然の中で癒されたい人におすすめの癒し系ＣＤ。
臨場感あふれ、遠くに、近くに小鳥たちのさえずりが響きわたり、終始小川のせせらぎが聞こえています。
目をつぶって聞いていると澄んだ空気や風までも伝わってくるような気がしてきます。
気分転換できること間違えなしです。
