バイオリンの曲はほとんど聴かないが、この番組のテーマは好きだった。一度全部キチンと聞いてみるかと思い、思い切って買ったのだが、買ってよかったと思う。1週間ほどこればかり飽きずに聞いた。

テレビ番組関連のCDなので購入前は曲の構成がどうなのかと気になったが、今までに「情熱大陸」に出たミュージシャンの曲と葉加瀬の曲とをうまく組み合わせている。CDの曲構成に乗り、違和感なく、久しぶりに坂本龍一の"NEO GEO"も聞いていることに気がついた。

インストロメンタルを聞きたいが、クラッシックではなくポップな感じの曲を聴きたいと思う人には強くお勧めする。最近買ったCDでは出色の出来だ。

葉加瀬太郎の選曲による心地よいコンピレーション・アルバム。TV番組「情熱大陸」で使われている曲や、この番組に出演したアーティストによる演奏（あるいは葉加瀬太郎との共演）が収録されています。葉加瀬太郎の曲では、「情熱大陸」のライブ版（15曲目）、「Dolce Vita」（with 姜建華）（2曲目）、そして「エトピリカ」（14曲目）が非常によかった。葉加瀬太郎以外の曲では小曽根真の「We are all alone」、坂本龍一の「NEO GEO」、そして何といっても、元ちとせの「Home Again」が印象的。心地よい流れるような曲の数々なんですが、このCDを聴いていると元気がでてきます。ずっと聴きつづけてもまったく飽きません。BGMとして聴くにもいいですよ。

古いオンボロ住宅の我が家で聴いていた所、途中からコオロギの効果音が入ってきました。しゃれたCDなのかと思っていたら何処かに隠れて聴いていたコオロギがセッションしていたようです。音楽の虫をその気にさせた気持ちの良い音楽です。
