三作目のテーマで遂に破産制度手続きの盲点と連帯保証人制度を逆手に取った古代ローマで実在した債務奴隷制度(拘禁して強制労働とピンハネで完済するまで払わせる制度。現行法ではもちろん違法で犯罪)に到達するに至った。着眼点が流石。貸金問題で高名な弁護士さんが法律監修をずっとやっておられるのですがちょっと発想が凄い。演出とシナリオも良い。本作品では完全に囲まれた違法拘禁施設からの「逃げる」行為の発想と自己破産者おのおのを嵌める手口がリアルですね。悪い奴程、法律熟知して甘言で忍び寄る。社会勉強のお手本に出来そうです。
前二作ほどの面白さはありませんがきっちり面白いのでファンの人はご安心を。
