3Dバイオレンスアクションシューティングゲーム「ソルジャー・オブ・フォーチュン」の続編。バイオテロ組織が開発した、2つに分かれた生物兵器ジェミニウイルスにより世界は危機に晒されており、プレイヤーはウイルスがばら撒かれる前に世界中を捜索してテロリストを無力化していく。シングルプレイでは、テロリストを追って世界中を渡り歩くキャンペーンモードと、何度プレイしても同じ展開にならないランダムミッション・ジェネレーターモードを搭載。マルチプレイヤーモードでは、フリーフォーオールとチームデスマッチを用意しスキンとモデルの組み合わせが100以上、武器は14種類登場する。また、TORR地形技術により車両やヘリコプターへ乗り込む全方位移動を実現し、スナイパーライフル、サブマシンガン、対戦車武器を含む25の軍用銃器、サーマルビジョンゴーグル、ボディアーマーといった特殊部隊用戦術アイテムを用意。日本語マニュアル付き英語版。
