･･･「トワイライト」ではありません。
前作~前々作までのタイトルが意味していた「夕闇」「黄昏」のように、怖さの中にあった切なさや悲哀といった物が影も形も無くなり、シナリオも安直で、血まみれの幽霊等のストレートな視覚的恐怖をあちらこちらに散りばめては、薄っぺら~く怖がらせようとしてくれます（苦笑）。

主人公が高校生から中学生になったのでストーリーも幼稚さを増したのでしょうか？
一応全章を通じてプレイしましたが、本当に一昔前の映画「学校の怪談」レベルのノリです。
シリーズ通じて評価の高いサウンドエフェクトも大幅にレベルダウンしていて、しかも声の使いまわしの多さには呆れる感じすらします。

グラフィックもはっきり言って無駄にポリゴン化されていて、それがまたやたらとカクカクしているのが物語の安っぽさを倍増させています。
最近こう言った作品の世界観も考えないで技術ばっかり先走るゲームが多いような気がするんですけど･･････果たしてトワイライトの世界観にキャラクターの3D化は必要なのかしらん。
まあ、怖い物が好きなら期待しない程度の暇つぶし気分で遊んでみるのも良いかもしれません。

「トワイライトシンドローム探索、究明編」をプレイした私ですが、まぁつながっていません（笑）主人公は女子中学生を中心としたグループ。今回は要所要所にムービーと音声が入っています。今回はそんなに面倒臭さを感じずしかも一度クリアした面は途中からもう一度始めることが出来、選択肢で間違えても「また始めから~？？」ということがありません。「撮影モード」も用意されておりストーリーとは別に撮るだけのために校舎に入ります。怖いストーリーもありますが全体的には人間関係でしょうか（？）好き嫌いはあると思いますが、結構楽しめると思います。トワイライトシリーズをプレイしたことのある人には是非やってもらいたいです！
