待望のglobeのNEW ALBUMです。先行シングル「try this shoot」「Stop!InTheNameOfLove」「genesis of next」を収録。ここ数年TKが押し進めるTRANCEをベースにglobeらしいJ-POPを見事に融合させた１枚です。単に売れるアーティストからクオリティの高いアーティストへと進化した完成度の高いアルバムです。

従来のJ-Popの殻を破るようなトランス感覚抜群のglobeのアルバム。特にシングルにもなった（１）（４）が素晴らしい。メロディーとビートとがうまくからみあった名作。また（３）もかっちょいい。ここまでメジャーな日本のアーティストがここまでフロアライクなサウンドをやることに意義がある。他にもシングルカットされた（７）（８）もいいし、全体的にすごくまとまりがある。期待を裏切らない出来に満足。

活動がすっかり目立たなくなった頃のglobeが生んだ、『究極の』アルバム。

この作品は世間一般では、残念ながら「無名」なカテゴリに入る作品だろう。
しかし、これほど完成度の高い作品はそうそう無いと私は思う。
ほんとうにほんとうに、恐ろしく完成度が高いと、ヒシヒシと感じる。

前アルバムで、トランスに片足を突っ込んだglobeだが、
今回はどっぷりと全身がトランスやアンビエント方面に突っ込まれている。
冒頭の『Many Classic Moments』がその全てを物語っているだろう。

前作ではエッジの強い尖ったトランスが多かったが、今回は小室らしい
スタイリッシュな音色使いがとても印象的。
力強くありながら、耳にうるさくない優しいデジタルサウンドが何とも素晴らしく心地いい。

曲構成も、さすが小室。とても見事。
緩急が壮大で、予測不能で壮麗な曲展開は、小室の得意技である。
それぞれの曲に美しいドラマがあり、それが連なってさらに大きな一つの作品に仕上がっている。
次回作に繋がるおもしろい仕掛けもあり、美しいことこの上ない。


曲には関係ないのだが、ジャケット＆歌詞カードがこれまたカッコよすまたぎる。
コレだけでゾクゾクさせられるなんて、まさか想像してすらいなかった。


この作品、文句なく名作である。
何もかもがカッコよすぎる。
心から賞賛したい。
