ｏｚｚｙ時代のサバスの８枚のアルバムから選曲したアルバムです。
ロニーもギランもグレートボーカリストだし、ｏｚｚｙより上手いと思います。でも、サバス独特のヘヴィリフにはやはりこの人の声が一番はまると思います。
これぞサバスというのを簡単に知るには、もってこいのアルバムだと思います。

オジー、ディオ、ギラン等の偉大なミュージシャンが歴代のリードボーカルを務めたサバスですが、個人的には、サバスのヘヴィ＆ダークな世界にはやはりオジーの声が一番似合っているのではと思います。

このアルバムはサバス初のオフィシャルベストアルバムで、オジー在籍時の１~６枚目に絞って選曲されたものです。ベスト盤の常で、万人にとってのベストアルバムではないかもしれませんが、いわゆる名曲は収録されており、サバスが最もサバスらしかった時代の雰囲気を味わうには適したアルバムだと思います。１~６枚目でもサウンドに変化はありますので、このベスト盤を手がかりに、自分の好みに合うアルバムを購入されれば良いのではと思います。
