シーズン４は登場人物の人間性がよく出ていておすすめです。私個人としては今回はカーターが一番よかったです。カーター独特の個性はあるものの、インターンとは思えない活躍ぶり。緊急時の指揮はとてもよかったです。いつも緊迫感のあるＥＲで、医師としての成長とともに今後の活躍を見守りたいです。

第４シーズンより、病院外でのエピソードが加わり、ますます面白くなっています。
第５シーズン後半は、ER第１章の終了（ダグが...)、ER第２章の始まりといったエピソードになっており、新たなERの物語に期待させられます。第６シーズンが楽しみです。

私の中では一番最高だと思います。
なかでも「緊急脱出」ではカーターの成長と活躍が見ることが出来ます。
ベントンよりも沈着冷静にことを進めるカーターの姿に涙するはずです!
ちなみに、このシーズンからエリザベスが仲間入りします。
