当時、小学生だった頃、発売当時FMから「潮騒」を耳にしたのが
達郎さんとの出会いでした。
曲も静かで、優しいのですが一番は歌詞が最高に素敵ですよ。

移り変わりが激しい業界の中で、常に自分のペースでいい作品を
ファンの人達に聴いてもらいたいと、努力し続けている姿勢が
素晴らしいです。

これからの活躍にも期待して、応援し続けて行きたいです。

昔聴いこのアルバムがＣＤ化されたのを知り購入しました。有名な潮騒が素晴らしいのは言うまでもないのですが、私のお勧めは、LET'S DANCE BABY です。いつも車の中で盛り上がって聴いています。今から２０年近く前、コンサートにもよく行きました。LET'S DANCE BABY の演奏では、「心臓に指鉄砲」　のところで観客席からクラッカーが鳴らされます。そのカッコよさといったらなかったです。ある会場では、開演前にクラッカー等の爆発物の使用は禁止ですとアナウンされていたにも関わらず、やっぱりクラッカーは鳴りました。いいアルバムの中の本当に格好いい曲です。

　その昔どこからか「ペイパー＝ドール」が聴こえてきて至極気に入って、アルバム（ＬＰレコード）を買ったんです。それはそれは溝がすり切れるくらい聴きまくりましたねえ。
　この曲は自分で歌ってみても全く絵にならない。達郎さんの曲はそういうのが多いと思います。達郎さんの声と歌い回しでなければダメっていうか。

　ＣＤにはボーナストラックも追加されていて大変お買い得だと思います。曲もアレンジも２１世紀以降に充分通用するクォリティーです。

　蛇足ながら２曲目の「LOVE CELEBRATION」は笠井紀美子さんが「ＴＯＫＹＯ　ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬ」の１曲目でカバーしてます。名前と歌詞が違いますけれど同じ曲です。私はこちらも素晴らしいと思っておりますので、興味の有る方はぜひ聴いてみて下さいね。

　なおＬＰのジャケットは確かに怖かった。この顔が３１センチ角の絵画で迫ってくるんですから。ＣＤだと少しはマシですけどあの崩れに崩れた表情とはいったい・・・・・。
　ストレートロングの髪型といい、巷で「ＳＡＤＡＫＯの原型」と言われているのも良くわかる気がしますよネ。
