レビューのタイトルの曲はこのアルバムの核であり、いかにもJ.Iにふさわしい名曲です！。しかし、やはりこのアルバムでしか聴くことの出来ない曲も良い曲ばかりで、彼の優しい歌声とぬくもりが伝わってくるアルバムです。前作『HEART&SOUL』ほどの派手さはバブル崩壊と共に消えているもののセミバラード曲を中心に収録されています。トータル的にもバランス良いアルバムです！。

やはり、稲垣潤一のオリジナルアルバムが一番である。
中でも『SHINE ON ME』『1969の片想い』『心からオネスティー』はJ.I珠玉の名曲♪。
