救命医療現場のドラマなのでほとんど病院の中での話ですが、医療のすごさだけでなく、その場の緊張感、安堵感など非常によく表現されています。（役者さんたちが本当の先生に見えるくらいです！）主人公進藤先生の技術もすごいですが、そのセリフ一言、一言には見ているこちらを納得させるものがあり、人間ドラマとして見ても十分通用すると思います。まじめなドラマの中に笑いあり、涙あり、感動あり、まだご覧になっていない方には一見の価値有りだと思います。　(^.^)

何度見てもドキドキする臨場感。
まさに生死のはざまを垣間見たような気がします。
前作の救命病棟２４時とはまた違った救命病棟２４時です。
進藤先生の台詞一つひとつが心に沁みる名作です。

医師・看護師のキャラクター設定と人間関係が実にうまくできていてドラマとして完成度が高い。
第一シリーズは「救命病棟」そのものを紹介しつつ、医師・看護師と患者・家族を軸に展開しているが、
この第二シリーズではそこで働く者の葛藤が描かれており深みが出ている。
第一シリーズ同様、緊迫感のある演出・カメラワーク・編集の妙で一気に見させる。
現在放送中の第４シリーズまで、スペシャルを含めてすべて見ている。
第一シリーズが発売されていないのは残念だが、発売されていたとしても、
お金を出して買うのなら、この第２シーズンだと思う。
