１９９１年に発売されてから、長い間廃盤になってしまいファンの間で垂涎の的になっていたアルバムです。廃盤に何故なっていたのかわからない素晴らしい内容です。「駄目な男」は自分を含めた世の中の男たちへの応援歌。コンサートで歌いながら泣いてしまったという曲でもあります。ひたむきな心が胸を打ちます。「愛着」は村下さんが大ファンだったという渡辺真知子さんがコーラスで参加しています。「夕日と少年」は誰でも持っている少年のころの風景を歌っています。「タカハシ」は昔からいろいろな良い「タカハシ」さんに巡り合ってきたそうで、曲に名づけたそうです。叩いているドラムも「高橋」さんですね。「帰宅」は単身赴任のお父さんへの応援歌。こんな家庭を持てたらいいです。「群衆」で生きる孤独を歌い、幻想的な「稚内から」でこの充実したアルバムを締めくくります。全体に爽やかな感動が胸に迫る作品だと思います。
