アル・ディメオラ、ラリー・コリエル、ビリー・ラグレーンらによるアコースティック・ギター・ライブのビデオ。

本来の「スーパー・ギター・トリオ」（パコ・デ・ルシア、ジョン・マクラフリン）ではないが、あの有名な「地中海の舞踏」はもちろん、ピアソラの「タンゴ組曲」、チック・コリアの「スペイン」「ノー・ミステリー」など、オリジナルのトリオでは聴けない曲もずらり。
３人３様の個性溢れるプレイが堪能できる、超おすすめビデオです。

特に、アコギ＝フォーク、カントリー、地味、軟弱（笑）などと決めつけているアナタ、絶対ブッ飛ぶこと間違いなしです。

音楽やってる人なら、誰でも楽しめる内容ではないか。

細かいこと言うと、カメラワークがディメオラよりすぎて、
もう少しビレリ・ラグレーンのプレイが見たいと思ったの
だが、映像抜きにして音だけ聞けばどれもすごすぎ。

ギタリストの本性が見えてくるそんな映像です。

ジャンルに関わらず、ギターを弾いている人なら必見でしょう！テクニックはもちろんですが、この楽器の持つ魅力、そして何より音楽のすばらしさをあらためて感じるはずです。この演奏の裏に隠された血のにじむような練習と孤独に耐えた真の音楽家に感銘を受けました。むだな部分は一切無し！のっけから凄まじいバトルが展開されてます！アルディメオラの右手（特にストラミング）、必見です。
