いやは~。。。ｲｲ曲ばかりですよ。このアルバムにはタケオさんが作った曲も入ってるんですよ。これはレアですよレア。HUMAN GATEとかは歌詞がすばらしいです！切ないときとか凹んでいるときとかに聴くととってもはげまされますよ。自分の今の生活に疑問をもっている人や、生きる上で希望を失いかけた人とか（←ちょっと大げさすぎ？）聴いたらとてもこう、ぐっとくると思います。

　ビジュアル系バンド、Pierrotがインディーズ時代に出した2枚目のアルバム。のちのインディーズ・ベストアルバム、『DICTATORS CIRCUS‐奇術的旋律‐』で再録される『Adolf』、『脳内モルヒネ』、『鬼と桜』、『HUMAN GATE』の4曲の原版が収録されています。
　メジャーデビュー後は明るさを前面に出した曲も少なくなかったPierrotですが、このアルバムはどちらかというと暗めです。特に前半の3曲には、ちょっと頽廃的な雰囲気が漂っていたりもします。ですが最後は、『HUMAN GATE』の前向きな歌詞で明るく締めくくられていますし、そんなに怖いものではありません。
　全体的に完成度が高く、歌詞にも深みがあって読み応えがあると思うので、ちょっと暗い世界を覗いてみたいかもしれないという方には、お勧めできる作品です。

このＣＤはPIERROTがメジャーデビューしてないインディーズの頃のPierrotだった時のＣＤだ。
この頃のピエロは、今とは明らかに音楽が違う。今を陽で例えるならこれは陰だろう。
そして全６曲という少ない曲数の中で、これ等の一曲一曲は余す所残さず聴かせてくれる。

ライブを行った人は一度は聞いた事がある曲ばかりで、むしろこれを聴かずしてPierrotを語れないと言わんばかりだ。
思わず腕を動かしたくなる｢Adolf」、胸を衝く｢鬼と桜」、そして最後に｢HUMAN GATE」が素晴らしく幕を閉じてくれる。
買って損なしの一品だ。
