この曲は、よく結婚式などで使われています。（仕事上よく耳にします）エンヤの曲は他にも「チャイナローゼズ」や「ブックオブデイズ」「ワイルドチャイルド」など、よく使われている様です。人生で最良の時を演出するのには、エンヤの曲はぴったりです。何とも崇高で涙があふれてきます。先日「オンリーチャイルド」をBGMにダンサーが男女の愛を表現されていて、ホント感動しました。

エンヤの曲のリミックスというと、実は「on my way home」のシングル版が先例ですがそちらは高音域強調のミックスでダブはされてません。本シングル表題曲はまさにそのダブもなされた世間一般の人が想像する所のリミックスがされてます。リズムセクションやシンセが新たに加わり今までの彼女の音楽にない感じの音世界が展開されてます。オリジナルに慣れ親しんだ人にはビックリの内容です。随分と陽気で（？！）賑やかで南国気分の（！！）感じになってます。ややアップテンポです。おそらく彼女の、新しい方向性模索の為の実験の意味合いもあるでしょう。らしくないという理由で嫌われる可能性もあります。2はベストアルバムに、3はシングルB面などに収録です。
