歌詞の日本語訳や解説も付いているので、
ピアフを良く知りたいという方にいいと思います。
「愛の讃歌」や「薔薇色の人生」など有名所も良いですが、
私は10数年前、ビデオでこれにも収録されてる
「アコーディオン弾き」「恋は何のために」を聴いて
ピアフに惚れこみました。
ピアフの躍動感あふれる歌声が堪能できる一枚です。

彼女の歌に触れてしまうと、最近巷で良く聞く
歌姫という言葉が軽く感じられます。
いろんな意味で本質的なものを投げかけられて、
それだけに、聴くほうもけっこう体力要ります。
でも素晴らしいです。

シャンソン初心者なので、入門編のつもりで購入しました。すッ、すばらしい。ピアフの魅力もさることながら、素人でも聞き覚えのある曲も入っているので、入りやすかったです。毎日帰宅後、このアルバムを聞きながらお茶するのが、最高の一時となっています。テレビを見る時間が少なくなりました。私の音楽ジャンルがまた一つ増えたって感じです。

シャンソンの女王といって良いほどの実力の持ち主エディット･ピアフの
ベスト版です。
シャンソンを聞いてみたいけど何を聴けば良いのか分からないって
いう人には特にオススメです。。
どこかで聴いたことあるって言う曲があるはず！！
愛の賛歌はかなり泣けます★
