ＹＯーＫＩＮＧの歌がオトコくさくて切ない。
切ないといっても、『甘く切ない』といった生易しいものではなく、
ごっそり心を掘り返されるような痛みを伴った切なさとでも
いうか。
決して『上手』な歌ではないのに、こんなに突き刺さる歌を
歌う人ってそういないんじゃないでしょうか。　
　あー、このアルバム買ってよかったと久々に思った１枚。

お勧めの曲を挙げたいけど、ほんとにどれもグッとくる。
もんのすごくあえて言えば、う~ん、『橋の上で』。

活動休止前に出した最後のアルバム。

「人間はもう終わりだ！」は素晴らしい演奏とボーカルが腹にこたえる。まるでテロを予見したような内容だが、それ以前に発表されていたというのに驚く。まるで予言のようだ。
それとタイトルは「終わりだ！」と厳しいものの、実は曲の最後が「もう終わりか？」となっているのにも注目。希望を持っているからこそ厳しい問いかけをしているのだろう。

太田裕美や奥田民生、ピロウズやフィッシュマンズの人など、ゲストも豊富で、長いキャリアを見せつけるきらびやかなアルバムに仕上がっています。

タイトルどおり、まさにシリアスで楽しい曲を集めたアルバムになっています。
せっかく脂がのりきってきたこの次期に突然の解散なんて、非常に残念です。

力強よく歌い上げる
５．人間はもう終わりだ！
１１．明日はどっちだ
バラードで聞かせる
２．この愛は始まってもいない
４．橋の上で
が特にお勧め曲です。
本当は、どの曲もいいんですけどね。
