   2001年の夏に行われた全国4大ドームツアーから、東京ドーム公演（7月7日）の模様をDVDで収録。
   世界の平和をメッセージするエピローグに続いて、大きな地球をかたどったカプセルからayuがステージに登場。テレビ東京系「ASAYAN」オーディションで選ばれたダンサー（ASAYANダンサーズ）の応援を受けて熱唱するオープニング曲「evolution」、赤いチャイナドレス姿が人形のようにかわいい「vogue」とステージは進み、天使のような衣装の「Endless sorrow」とともに宙のかなたに消えるayu。
   大声援のアンコールでは、ASAYANダンサーズも交えてドーム全員で踊る「Trauma」など4曲を披露し、最後はステージに向かって何度も何度も「ありがとう」のメッセージを。マイクなしで「どうもありがとうございました！」と精いっぱい声を振りしぼる姿は、見ているだけで涙があふれてしまう。（速藤年正）

４大ドームツアーの最終日 (2001/7/7) に行われた東京公演を丸ごと収録したDVD。元気系・シリアス系・甘美なバラード系など変化に富んだ選曲、ドームの広い空間を生かして壮大なスケールで展開される変幻自在の演出、そして、あゆのパワフルな熱唱が楽しめる。特に 'Endless sorrow' は、歌唱・アレンジ・演出ともに素晴らしい。バンドも強力で、特によっちゃんのギターが絶好調。曲目リストにはないが、'Audience' の前にアメリカ国歌を鮮やかなテクニックで演奏している。付録のMCでは、福岡公演でのあゆのお国訛りも聞ける。

このツアーの舞台裏で悲劇があゆを襲っていたことが、日テレ系の「スーパーテレビ」 (2004/4/12放送) で明らかにされた。あゆは前年から左耳の障害に悩まされ、ドームツアーのリハーサルのときには、音程を取ることが困難なほどの耳鳴りがあったという。リハの途中で歌い続けられなくなって、その場にうずくまったり舞台を飛び出したりする悲痛な表情と姿をカメラが捕らえていた。さらに、ツアー初日 (6/22) のコンサート開始２時間前に、転落事故で足に全治３週間の怪我をしてしまい、一時は公演実施が危ぶまれたが、あゆは舞台に立って歌い続けたのだった。そして、ツアーのあと、あゆは左耳の聴力をほとんど失った。体を傷つけながら笑顔でファンサービスに徹した精神の強靭さに深い敬意を抱く。

なお、このDVDは画質が荒いという指摘があるが、我が家のDVDプレーヤーと29インチのテレビ (どちらも99年購入の普通の製品）で再生する限り、全く問題はない。というより、むしろ高精細で綺麗な画質だ。機械との相性やディスクの個体差があるのだろうか。

あゆのファンではなかったが、ほとんどの曲は聴いたことある曲ばかりなので、十分に楽しめた一本だ。
大がかりな仕掛け、ダンサー、照明効果などはどれもかなりの規模なのに驚いた。
収録は開演から終演までしっかり流れに沿っているので、
ドームの中に完全にバーチャル状態で入り込める。
記録もしっかり出来ているので、表情なども鮮明にわかった。

ひじょうに楽しめた。

このＤＶＤは、プログレッシブ対応のモニターとＤＶＤプレイヤーがあれば、驚くほど画像の輪郭のギザギザや横縞模様がなめらかになり、自然な感じに近づきます。ＤＶＤプレイヤーのプログレモーションの設定を一番速い方にしてあげれば、びっくりする位です。ＰＳ２で見ている人には悪いのですが、ライブの内容は最高なだけに、画像の粗さにハガユク思われるでしょう。ただ、再生機器を選びますが、このＤＶＤは決してそんなに画質は悪くないです。
