かぐや姫関連クラウン音源の集大成的ボックスセット。
かぐや姫・風・山田パンダの全オリジナルアルバム＋南こうせつキャニオン移籍前の全アルバム＋アルバム未収録作品を収めた特典CD、といった構成のCD22枚組。アナログのオリジナルジャケットを復刻した紙ジャケ仕様。

かぐや姫・南こうせつ・風の各アルバムは単独でもリリースされているが、パンダさんのソロアルバム２作は今回が初めてのCD化で、現在はこのセットでしか聴くことができない。風の『古暦』、パンダ関連の『パンダフルハウス』、伊勢正三ソロ『北斗七星』といったアルバムは、ラインナップから外された。また第一期かぐや姫や、さらにそれ以前の南高節ソロ作品もCD化は果たせなかった。

かぐや姫に限れば、オリジナルアルバムの範疇か!ら!外れる『ライブ・フォーエバー』が未収録だが、これは単独で入手可能。また本セットの特典CDには「田中君じゃないか」「神田川」のシングル・バージョンなど、貴重な音源が収録されているが、デビュー曲「青春」のシングル・バージョンが入らなかったのは痛恨のエラー。この一点で星４つと評価させてもらったが、今までCDではほとんど集めていなかったので個人的には大満足。あの日の「うた」にドップリ浸ってみたいアナタには超オススメ！

お金に余裕があればいつか欲しいと思っていたのですが、今ここで曲リストを見て思い出せるだけで、山田パンダのソロデビューの「さよなら友よ」、風の「ほおづえ...」のシングルエディット...等収録されていないトラックがいくつかあるのがとても残念です(あるいはパンダフルハウス等も)。せっかくなので完全版を望みます(マスター紛失?)

この３人に「豪華」という表現は似合わないかもしれませんが、かぐや姫、風などの大ファンであった私にとってこのCD２０枚組みは「豪華」という以外表現のしようがありません。「あの曲がほしいなあ」とこつこつサーチをかけていたら、これ１セットで揃ってしまいます。ただ一度に払うには痛いお値段ではありますが。
