これ、メチャクチャ気に入りました。林哲司さんは、ファンというほどではありませんが、幾つか大好きな楽曲があり、それも全部このＣＤに収められているので、大満足です。聴くと、本当に素晴らしいメロディーメーカー、アレンジャーであることが良く分かります（アレンジは全曲ではありませんが）。僕のベスト３は、「悲しい色やね」（上田正樹）、「真夜中のドア」（松原みき）、「デビュー」（河合奈保子）でしょうか。その他、「悲しみがとまらない」（杏里）「北ウイング」（中森明菜）、「天国にいちばん近い島」（原田知世）なども素晴らしい。８０年代からの筒見京平さんと言ってもいいかも。その筒見さんも現役だしなあ。Ｊポップファンは、必聴です。

　林哲司のファンであれば、必ずや感心するであろう通好みの選曲をしたベスト盤だ。80年代のポップスシーンをけん引した林哲司は今でも根強い人気を誇る作曲家だ。カルト的な人気のある職業作曲家は、筒美京平、林哲司などのほか、数えるほどしかいない。

　林哲司のすばらしさは、メロディやアレンジを一聴して彼の作品だと分かるところだ。個性が強いが決してマンネリにはならないところが魅力なのだ。
　このアルバムを通して聴いてみると、このことが良く分かると思う。貴重な音源も多く収録されており、林哲司の研究をしたい方にも、ただここちよい音楽を楽しみたい方にもお勧めできるアルバムだ。

こういうアルバムを待っていました!
日本を代表するメロディメーカー、林哲司さんの魅力をあますところなく二枚のCDに濃縮させたベストオムニバスアルバム。

収録されているヒット曲の数々のタイトルを見ていただくだけで、どれだけかれが素晴らしい作曲センスを持っているか分かってもらえると思います。

また今では聴くことが困難なレアな楽曲も多数収録されており、林さんファンのみならず80年代Jポップファンの方にはぜひ聴いてほしい1枚ですね。
超お勧めです！！
