「故宮の至宝」第五巻は文房四宝、徽宗皇帝の趣味品、花鳥画を特集しているが、中でも徽宗皇帝のセクションは見所がある。徽宗は幼少より芸術を愛し、皇帝になってからも国政よりは芸術を好み、汝窯を築いて青磁の名品を生み出したばかりでなく、自身花鳥画を得意とし、詩をつくり、かつ能書家で痩金体で有名である。このＤＶＤでは徽宗自身が描いた名画と言われる「臘梅山禽」や「文会図」ばかりでなく、皇帝の収集品の精華を見ることが出来る。「文会図」では徽宗が文人を集め、自らの収集品を卓上に並べて鑑賞させる様が描かれており、コレクターが収集品を自慢したがる性向が如実に示されており微笑ましい。国力を傾けても自分の趣味を追及出来たという点に関しては、後代の皇帝のみならずすべての趣味人にとっては理想の人と言うことが出来る。
