実は、これは僕が２０００年に中南米~NY~LONDON(エターナル・ジャーニー）を訪れた時に獲たインスピレーションをモチーフにして創た作品なのです。そもそもジャーニー出来たのは、その時一緒に住んでたイグアナ君の出火が原因なので、いうなれば彼とのコラボレーション作品という事になります。そういう音の背景に潜んでる世界観を察知してもらう為に創られたCDソフトってな訳ですから、、濃いです。エレクトリックを主体にサックスやギター等の楽器で塗り刻んだ音の彫刻といった具合かな。５曲目の『突然現る』という曲はペルーでアヤワスカ体験した時の情景が限りなく近く音で表す事ができたので奇聴!？９曲目の『今は昔』は夕焼けの似合うロンドンで感じた気分。これはアコギとボコーダーのduoなんだけどこの組み合わせって意外と世界中探してもないのでこれまたオススメ。あと、ボアダムスのヨシミちゃん(コーラス）やサイコババのヨシダ君(シタール）、SOFTの清水君（ギタ-）明石のモツ君（スライドギター）も参加してくれて未知なる世界へと誘ってもらったので、これまた一度は聴いてみてほしい。

この作品は南米からやって来た一匹のイグアナ君が導いて出来た、世にも不思議な作品である。
一匹のイグアナに託した地球の裏側の呪いは、世にも奇怪な構造の音楽を創造した。
全ては偶然の様でもあり、明らかに必然なのだ。
この作品は無垢な子供が夢に描いた音楽であり、音楽の教養すら持つ前のパンク的フュージョンミュージックである。

くり返すが、学習する以前の理屈音楽なのである。

BARAKIが洗練されるとどうなるか？
この作品は余分なモノが削ぎ落とされる前のダイヤの原石であり、次なる作品と照らし合わせて語られるべき、記念すべき序章である。
