ナムコが誇る、往年のアーケードゲームの数々を収録した「ナムコミュージアム」シリーズの第6弾。収められたゲームは、『ローリングサンダー』『スカイキッド』『ドラゴンセイバー』『モトス』『キング＆バルーン』『ロンパーズ』『ワンダーモモ』の全7作品。家庭用ゲーム機には移殖されなかったものや、ファンの熱狂的支持を受けたものがチョイスされている。かなり古めの作品も入っているが、この7作品がこの値段で楽しめるというのは驚き。
ファミコン版で完全移殖とはいかなかった『ローリングサンダー』と『スカイキッド』は、当時のグラフィックや音楽などが完全復活。『ワンダーモモ』と『ドラゴンセイバー』はPCエンジン版に移殖されたが、そのソフトやハードも今となっては入手しにくい代物になっているため、この復刻はうれしい限りだ。また、『モトス』、『キング＆バルーン』『ロンパーズ』に限っては移殖もされておらず、プレイできるとしたら本作品しかない。往年のファンはぜひ手に入れるべき一品だろう。（池村慎一）
