大金持ちの御曹司、守少年が巨大ロボ『ヴォーダン』を操作して謎の怪ロボットと対決するゲーム。

○最初は操作に戸惑うが、ゲーム中に親切に教えてくれるので基本操作そのものはすぐに覚えられる。

○敵の巨大ロボに体重を乗せたパンチが決まるとウレシイ。爽快感○

○ビルひとつ破壊してしまうと-100億円の損失になってしまうので神経使って操作しなきゃいけなかったりして結構豪快なゲームかと思ったら妙に現実っぽくって面白い。

×操作がかなりややこしいのと、ビルはすぐ壊れるのでアクション苦手な人にはちょっときついかも。

×ロードの長さが気になった。できればリトライの時の読み込みがもう少し早ければよかったのに。

現在、多くのゲームを生み出しコアな人気を誇る株式会社サンドロットのゲーム、その原点となったのがこのリモダンです。
当時、いや現在でも斬新な操作形態は初プレイした人をほぼ必ず混乱させることでしょう。
しかし、このゲームがシステムの難しい理不尽なゲームとならなかったのは、難易度やゲームの進行などの丁寧さにあります。
最初は弱い敵で、下手な操縦でもなんとか倒せます。
次第に敵が強力になっていきますが、その頃にはあの難しいリモコン操作が、自分の手足のように操縦できるように！
そしてこのリモコン操縦、慣れれば慣れるほどにロボットをまさに自在に操れるようになっていきます。
新兵器の登場、全く異なった新ロボット、多くのステージと、飽きさせない要素も多く用意されています。

現在の親切快適なゲームが多い中、どうしても古いゲームなので不備はありますが(ストーリースキップがないのが痛い)……。
ストーリーも王道でわかりやすく、防衛軍やギガドラ、超操縦メカＭＧから入った方でもきっと楽しめると思いますよ。
