   日本中にRPGブームを巻き起こしたドラゴンクエストシリーズ。その原点であるシリーズの1作目とその続きであるシリーズ2作目がゲームボーイ用にリメイクされ、セットになった。スーパーファミコン版に続き、2回目のリメイクだけあって、随所に遊びやすい工夫が盛り込まれている。

   たとえば、ゲームボーイで遊びやすいようにファミコン版にあった「復活の呪文」をなくし、いつでもどこでもセーブができるようになっていたり、ストレスを感じさせないよう戦闘のバランスが見直されている点だ。なお、この『ドラゴンクエストI・II』は『ドラゴンクエストIII』とあわせて「ロト」という言葉がキーワードになっている、いわば「ロトの伝説」の1作目と2作目になっている。（杉村 啓）

ドラゴンクエスト１・２が１つになったセットです。
ドラゴンクエスト１が出た当時、夢中になってやりすぎ定期テストが散々な結果になってしまい、親に大目玉をくらってしまったのも、いまでは良い思いでです。
ＧＢ版のドラゴンクエスト１はファミコン版と比べバランス調整がされているのか、さくさく進みます。携帯版になってみなおされたのでしょうか？

ドラゴンクエスト２はパーティプレイが導入がされていて、より戦闘シーンが面白くなっています。
ストーリも今では、オーソドックスなものですが、ファミコン版で出た当時は、１と同様夢中になったのもでした。
こちらも、さくさくすすめることができ、ストレスを感じない作りになっています。

携帯機でお手軽に遊べるようになったドラゴンクエスト１・２、昔プレイした人は、懐かしさでいっぱいになるでしょうし、初めてプレイする人はいまやっても、古臭さを感じさせない良いＲＰＧになっています。
今でも色あせない面白さを持つ、ＲＰＧの歴史的な名作であるドラゴンクエスト１・２、是非プレイしてみてください。おもしろいですよ~

ぼくが小学生のころドラクエが出て、学校でファミコンが問題視されたり禁止されたりして、ドラクエやファミコンは「悪役」扱いされていました。あらためてドラクエをやってみて、そのおもしろさに改めて感動しました。今でも充分おもしろい。みんな熱心にやっていたのも納得です。ゲームボーイだとお手軽に遊べるし、ゲームバランスも改善されててさくさくっと進めるので、時間のない大人でも充分楽しめます。
今の時点からドラクエをやり直してみたら、かつての小学生たちの目は節穴ではなかったことがよくわかります。大人たちの目の方がよっぽど節穴だったみたいですね。
