オシャレでこだわり屋さんの友だちに勧められて購入。
素晴らしい作品です。瑞々しく、たおやかで、柔らかい。
早春の空気と薫る風のような、躍動する音とアン・サリーの優しく透明感のあるボーカル。開放感に誘われて窓を開けて、清々しい空気を胸いっぱいに吸い込みたくなります。
一曲一曲を慈しむように歌い上げる彼女の歌声に身を委ねることの幸福感は、なんとも言えません。
ただのオシャレカフェ系の音楽は沢山ありますが、これは別格。
お気に入りのリネンのように、いつまでも一緒にいたくなる。
そんな作品です。

アン・サリーの声はとてもやさしく、心地よい響きを持っていますね。透明感溢れる日本語で歌われていますので、「言葉」が醸し出す情景と心情が、直接伝わってくる歌い手だと、感じました。「癒し系」という範疇に留まらない歌手だと思います。

ラストに収録してある「青春の光と影（原題Both Sides Now）」は、当時まだ無名だったジョニ・ミッチェルが作曲し、ジュディ・コリンズがカバーして大ヒットしたわけで、最近でもＣＭに使われていましたので若い方もよくご存知でしょう。
一度聴いたら忘れないようなフォーク調の大変美しいメロディ・ラインをアン・サリーがとても情緒豊かに歌っています。当時のフォークブームを知っている人にとって懐かしい歌声が蘇ってきました。

全曲を通して、ジャジーな編曲とアン・サリーの優しい歌声がとてもマッチしています。

循環器の内科医をしているという彼女の歌声を聴いていると、「癒し」の治療を施してもらったような感じがします。

口コミで広がった根強い人気はあったものの
ﾃﾞﾋﾞｭｰの頃は知る人ぞ知るｼﾝｶﾞｰであったｱﾝさんも
今ではすっかり有名なｼﾝｶﾞｰになった。
ﾄﾞｸﾀｰとしてのｱﾒﾘｶ留学もそろそろ終了されるようで
今年の4月には米国滞在中等に録り貯めたﾄﾗｯｸを基に
久しぶりの新譜も出してくれるそうです。
米国南部の空気をいっぱい吸い込んで今度はどんな歌唱を
聴かせてくれるのだろう。非常に楽しみである。
それまでは既発の4枚を主に聴き漁ることになろうが、
やはりこの一枚が最も気に入っている。素敵な偶然で見つけた
珠玉の一枚である。たぶん永遠に愛聴することになるだろう。
