以前、グローバルの文化包丁を購入しましたが、肉用に新たに包丁を購入しようと思い
牛刀を購入しました。
肉、野菜専用ですが使ったら癖になります。
２本目の包丁を検討中の方は是非これを使ってみて下さい。
料理が３倍は楽しくなりますよ。

肉用に購入しましたが、切ってる感じがなんともいえないほどスムーズです。
野菜も今までよりかなり薄く切れますし、なんといってもトマトを切った感じが明らかに他の包丁とは違います。
これから、包丁はグローバルで揃えたいとこです。

シンプルで清潔感のあるデザイン。
そして素晴しい切れ味。
今までも数種類の包丁を使用してきましたが
Ｃ／Ｐも高くお勧めできます。
カミサンからも今までのものと全然違うと大絶賛でした。
