ウィザード形式で作成できる個人向け印刷物作成ソフト。プロのデザイナーによるデザインや配色パターンを約1200種類収録し、作業ウィンドウで、配色、フォント、文書のスタイル、背景など好みのパターンを選択、スタイルセットでデザインし、イメージ通りの作品を作成できる。住所リスト、アドレス帳などのデータを取り込んで住所の自動印刷を行える差し込み印刷機能を搭載。そのほか、プレビュー機能を強化し、HTMLファイルの読み込みと書き出しが可能になった。操作はMicrosoft Officeと共通のインターフェイスでわかりやすいよう設計されている。24000点以上のクリップアートやミュージッククリップ、アニメーションなどを収録したコンテンツCD-ROMを標準添付。

Wordなどよりも、複雑なレイアウトが組める簡単DTPソフト。
ただ、ゼロから文書を作るというよりもあらかじめテンプレートが
たくさんあるので、それを使って作るという流れになっている。

名刺やはがきなどのテンプレートも多数入っておりクオリティは高い。
「パーティの案内」など、個人でちょっと凝った文章を作るとき

Wordを使うよりも簡単に、見た目プロ仕様っぽい文章が簡単に作れました。

ＤＴＰの分野ではあまりメインストリームではない
マイクロソフトであるが、
このソフトは豊富かつ質の高いテンプレートがそろっている
おかげで大変使いやすいものになっている。

もちろん本当のプロはアドビ製品等を使用するのであろうが、
個人的な用途でワードよりも質の高いものを
求めている人にとってはコストパフォーマンス的にも

純粋におすすめできる一品である。
