ジャパメタの救世主、Machinegunsのベストアルバム。自らを称して「ライブバンド」と語るMachinegunsの迫力ある演奏は収録されている全曲に渡って産地(Live)直送　。そんなわけでMCまで収録。1曲目から最後までその勢いは衰えない。会場さながらの臨場感を味わいたい人は是非！歌詞等で彼らを敬遠しているメタリスト！歌ではなく「音」を聴け！

「SEX MACHINEGUNSって何？」「ヘヴィメタルってよくわかんないけど激しいやつだよね？」「ライヴに行ってみたいけど、何か怖そう…」そんなあなたに、ぜひ聴いてほしい！ライブアルバムとしてはかなり音質がいいし、別々の会場で録音したはずの音源がうまい具合に切れ目なくつながっているし、MCだって入ってるから、ライヴの雰囲気が手に取るようによくわかる。確かにメンバーの勢いもマシンガーの勢いも凄くて半端な気持ちじゃ圧倒されそうだけど、このアルバムを聴いて「うおーカッコいい！」「何か楽しそう！」って思えたら、実際のライヴに行ってもきっと溶け込める。こう言い切れるのは、私自身がそうだったから。怖くなんかない、とても楽しそうって思えたから。ライヴに興味があるけど尻込みしてる人、何も恐れる事はない。お笑いバンドだと思い込んでる人、笑いもマシンガンズの歌を作る要素だけど、あくまで一部分。彼らは、真剣です。大マジです。聴けばわかるさ。

But where are the new songs? This live CD sticks to pretty much the first and second CDs which was kind of disappointing since SM has matured as song writers so much since then. The songs are played a bit faster than the original recordings, since Clutch(thrash drumming god) is playing on them but in many cases the songs aren't as fast as they are on the SM Live Show DVD. Ahh well...

The recording is very good and there's all the goofy little talking bits between the songs that people who've never seen SM get to enjoy. Seeing SM is quite an experience...I've seen them twice (I was at one of the shows they recorded for this!) and they never disappoint.

Unlike some bands...SM can play, scream and sing all their songs.
