24-BIT DEGITALLY REMASTERED！！

'８４年の初ソロ作品の再発盤です。
＃１はシングル・カットされ全米８３位を記録。
＃２は躍動感あふれる曲で、ローズマリー・バトラーとのデュエット。
そして、切なく哀愁漂うバラード、全米１０位の大ヒットとなった＃５。
＃８は安心して聴くことができるミディアム・バラード。
このアルバムには魅力ある楽曲が収録されている。
シティ感覚のAOR/POP作品としてアルバム・チャートにおいても２９位をマークした。

＃５は今改めて聴いても本当にイイ曲だなぁと思います。
音質もかなり良くなっており感激です。

STYXのデニス・デ・ヤングの初ソロ。「KILROY　WAS　HERE」があまりヒットしなかった（パラダイス・シアターよりという意味で実際はヒットしたのだが）からではないのだろうがこの年、デニスもトミーもソロを発表したのだ。さてこのアルバムはデニスの音楽性が満載されていてバラードからオールディーズ風のロックンロールまで様々な曲が収録されている。　5の「DESERT　MOON」はスマッシュヒットしました。STYXよりは全体的にあっさりした印象を受けるがSTYXとして曲を書くという責任がないとこんな感じになるのだろう（STYXでのデニスにはLADY風の曲が要求されていたのかもしれない）　そしてSTYXは解散するのである（後に再結成し、今も活躍中。ただし、肝心のデニスはミュージカルに思いがあり現在は脱退しているが）
