5.0 out of 5 stars 近年稀に見る傑作, 2001/10/4
80年代ユーロポップスの二番煎じでしかないJ-Popsや、HipHopばかりで以前の曲のサンプリングを多用するしか能のない洋楽などより、いまはアニメのサントラの方が遥かに活況があって楽しい。その最たるものは"Cowboy Bebop"のサントラだろうが、当盤もアニメを観たことがなくとも聴くに値するであろう名盤だといえる。世界各地のフォルクローレ風の曲が並び、梶浦由記という単一の才能から生まれたとは思えぬほどにバラエティに富んだ内容で、飽きることがない。

アニメファンは2曲目に思い入れがある人が多いが、私としてはバグパイプとケーナ（？）を使った1曲目がとても気に入っている。全体に暗い曲調が多いのはアニメの陰鬱たる雰囲気のせい。これも深夜アニメならではだろうか。

このＣＤはとっても心が落ち着きます。
一曲目から壮大な光景が思い浮かんできます。
16曲目は霧香とミレイユの戦闘シーンをおもいださせさてくれます。
特に19曲目は記憶に新しい方も多いと思います。
霧香やミレイユ、クロエやアルテナなどをいつでも
思い出したい方にはこのＣＤお勧めします。

ＴＶ放映を見ていないため、サントラ１に入った曲以外にいったいどれだけの曲があるのか、少々疑問だった。というのも、最近のＣＤはＲｅｍｉｘという名のもとに、私のような素人にはどこが違うのかもわからないような同じ曲が延々と入ってるだけのＣＤなのではないかと心配になったからだ。早速聞いてみたこのサントラは、そんな心配を見事に打ち破ってくれた。今後リリースされる話のなかで流れるであろう、私にとって未知のＮＯＩＲの曲たちは想像力をかきたてえるに十分な曲で満ちていた。特に最後に収録されている曲「Ｉｎｄｉｏ」は出色の出来で、日曜の休日も終わろうかという、夕方に暮れる空を眺めて聞くこの曲は、こりゃもう、辛抱たまらんくらい良いですな。
てなわけで、とりあえず買っとくべし。
