今までの激しいアラニスを期待して聞くと、ちょっと違うかもしれません。
今までのように、激しい思いをそのままストレートに歌っているのではなく、内に秘めて歌っているような。
しかし、やはり、すばらしい歌唱力で聞かせてくれます。買って良かったです。
でも、昔のアラニスに魅せられた私は、激しく歌い続けてほしかったので、星４つです。

実はこれが最初に買ったアルバムです。

だからAlanisらしい、とかJagged Little Pillほど良くない、とか感じずに聴きました。

hands cleanをお薦めされる方が多いようですが（私もいちばん好きです）、SurrenderingやPleacious Illusionsも素直に聴けてお薦めです
。

初めて聴いた時は、ピンとこなくって、買ったのを後悔した。
しかし、何度か聴いているうちにだんだん好きになっていった。
こころにしみじみ訴えてくる曲が多いです。
特に「ユートピア」がわたしは好きです。
