主人公は35歳を迎えるハイミス。自分の仕事や恋愛や人生にイマイチ満足できずに「いつかきっと」と夢見る。どことなくコミカルでキュートな主人公が、新しい恋愛と、とある事件をきっかけに、新たな生活を手に入れていく、、、。

とにかく主人公の女性がカワイイ！大人なんだけど少女のような魅力がたっぷり。そんな主人公にたくさんの人が魅かれていきます。そんな主人公のラブコメディとしても最高ですが、ところどころで展開される脇役たちのサブストーリーも最高。
見終わった後に、なんだかシアワセな気分になれます。シアワセ不足のひと、必見。

男運のない30歳過ぎの優秀なウェイトレスと、そのレストランのお客の話。
60歳を過ぎた男女、水商売の女性とお客、子供持ちの男など、いろんな人間の恋愛を描く。
金持ちになっても、誇りを持って、ウェイトレスを辞めないで続ける主人公は素晴らしかった。

大好きな映画ですっ!!
細く長い手足・小さなお尻に「なんだこりゃ?!」っていうほど大きな
バスト!!
この物語の主人公ベラ（アンナ・トムソン）は、ダイナーカフェの
ウエイトレス。彼女自身の物語とそのカフェに集う
「もう人生を折り返した人達の」恋物語がちりばめられています。

ほんとにほんとに小さな「優しさ」があちらこちらで見られます。

その恩着せがましくない所がとっても素敵。
思いがけない出来事も出てきますが、自分の価値観をしっかり
持っていれば人生ハッピーと思える作品です。
