セルメンやサンバランソトリオがお好きな人は間違いなくハマるであろう、ジ
ャズボッサです。女性コーラスとピアノの絡みが絶妙でかっこいい！特筆した
いのはピアノで、本当にこれぞブラジリアンジャズだという微妙な間と訛りを
もって決してボーカルよりは先に立たず、引き立てています。ジャズすぎず、

ボッサすぎずのほどよいジャズボッサで、少しアダルトな雰囲気をお求めの方
にお勧めです。

　マリオ・カストロ・ネヴィスのピアノ・トリオに、女性二人のヴォーカルが加わったもの。ジャケットに写っている５人がメンバーです。
　そのジャケットは、いかにも昭和４０年代的で古臭いが、サウンドはなかなか良い。軽快なサンバ好きにはたまらないだろう。
　ジョビンのコルコヴァードなんかもお洒落に軽く仕上げていて、今の時代感覚にフィットしている。
　ただし、ジャズ・スタンダードの「さよなら黒い鳥」はつまらないが…
　ボーナスの３曲は、米ＲＣＡから翌年販売された企画物ＬＰだけに収録されていたもの。なかなか気の利いた選曲である。
　ただ、せっかくの貴重盤リイシューなんだから、永久保存できるように、ジャケットは厚紙で製作して欲しかった。
また、解説は、執筆者の本盤を中心としたコレクター猟盤記になっていて、それはそれで面白いが、楽曲の解説がまったく省かれているので、片手落ちと思う。
