これはタイトルと見た目では非常に分かりにくいＣＤですが、分かりやすく言うとギャグです。
とはいってもアニメパロなどではなく、関さんの考えたヒーロー「コスモＸ」をメインとした、ちょっとビターなギャグです。
この時はまだ「コスモＸ」は想像だけで「もしＴＶになったら、こんな感じ」というイメージで作られてます。

特撮ファンなら、きっと随所で笑えるのではないでしょうか?
出演されている方も豪華です。
松本利香さんや、遠近孝一さん、天野由梨さんなど。
間にあるショートギャグも、仲々笑えます。
個人的にこういうノリの話は好きなので、星を４つ付けました。
