前半はおどろおどろしい京の独特な歌い方で醜を見せ、サビでは一転して爽やかなノリの良い美を作ることに成功している。
まだV系らしさを持っていた頃の作品だからシャウトなどは無い。
それでも当時にしては斬新なアイディアだったし、Dir en greyのセンスを評価したくなる一枚だと思いましたね。

やばい歌詞は得意な感じの彼らのストライク系。
歌詞は好き嫌いがあると思うけど曲全体として考えるとダークなのにポップでいい感じ。

曲形態も演奏もこの次に発売されたシングル「JESSICA」並みに良い曲です！！
一応２００１年９月発売になりますが、当時、「FILTH」と「JESSICA」を交互に何回も聴いてた記憶があります！！
特にサビは一番お気に入りです！！
