８０年代を思い起こすキャッチーでどこかせつない曲だと思います。僕は大好きです。サビの「ＬＯＶＥ！なみだいろー」がいいし、サビ手前の「あきっぽい、あきっぽい」のリズムもいい。名曲だと思います。

初聴時には「ん？ 今までの超ぶりぶりアイドル路線とは違うな！」と思い、それを期待していた私としては少し肩透かしを食らった思いでした。しかし、モーニング娘。新メンバー選出の合宿オーディションでこの曲が課題曲に選ばれ、候補者達がこの曲を歌いこなすのに四苦八苦しているのを見て、「あややって何気に歌上手いんだな~」と彼女を見直しました。ということで、前作の夏！！って感じのイメージから一転、しっとりとした秋の歌、ちょっと大人っぽいあややの新曲をぜひ聴いてみて下さい。

彼女の声とさびしげではかない楽曲とがミックスして良い意味の相乗効果がえられたと思う。彼女にとってこのラブ涙色は転機になる曲と思う。
