ラム・チェンイン演じる道士が活躍する香港アクションコメディホラー（ってどんなやねん）の第三弾！！！
今回は正統派なピョンピョン跳ねるキョンシーは登場せず、村の男達と盗賊軍団との戦いを中心にストーリーが進行します。この盗賊というのが実は妖怪で、そこからはお札ありアヤシゲな術アリでいつものノリになりますからご安心をば。
見せ場はやはり序盤のチャンバラシーンと後半の妖怪を唐揚げにするシーンでしょうか？名場面含有率高し！！！
ついでに偽道士と舎弟のような幽霊兄弟も脇役ながら良い味出してます。
