私はキース・ジャレットの全アルバムを持っていますが、最近最もよく聴くのがこのアルバムです。全てのソロ・インプロビゼーションの中で最も力と明るさに溢れ聴くものにエネルギーを与えてくれます。元気の無い時、裏切りに満ちた一日を終えようとする時、彼女の嘘に飽き飽きした時、そんな時こそこのアルバムを聴いて一日をおしまいにしてしまいましょう。ソロ・コンサートやケルン・コンサートより絶対元気がでます。お試しあれ。

このソロコンサートはCD化されているキースの作品ではおそらく唯一の、明るい希望に満ちたソロだと思います。他の作品は省察なり、寂しさと対峙することで美を見い出していくような感を受けますが、本作品は、ネアカというか、喜びに満ちています。明るさの中で、彼の共通のテーマである素朴なフォーク的メロディを聴くと、本当に希望が湧いてきますよ。私はテープに録音して、自動車でも聴いています。アンコールの「ハートランド」は別のCD（やレーザーディスク）でも聴かれるものだと思いますが、やはり人間性に満ちています。実演でも「ハートランド」を聴きたいです！
