理想主義的な田村希美（常盤貴子）と
現実主義的な栄田千春（深津絵里）が中心のハートフルなドラマ。
希美と栄田は考えが違ってケンカばかりだけど、ウマが合う二人。
そんな二人が法律を通じて現実と向かいあっていく。
それと希美と栄田のコンビも良いです。すごく面白いです。

原作のマンガと異なり、女性（深津絵里）が主人公。『信じるものは、救われない』という方程式で、なんとか社会正義を実現したいと行政事務所で頑張る深津と、人を信じきることが人は変わってくれると信じている常盤の二人が、ケンカしながらもいろんな事件に出会っていくお話。

原作にあった、社会の冷酷な現実からは少し離れてハートフルになっているのはテレビドラマらしいが、それでも扱っているネタがネタなので（男に枕芸者に売られる女とか）かなり深刻。その過酷な現実の中で、人を信じようと健気に頑張る常盤は、甘いと思ってたけど、感動的だった。

それにしても、深津絵里って、演技うまいなぁ。この作品は、彼女の力量で成立していると思う。セリフ回しタイミングが、すごく舞台的で一級品『踊る大捜査線』以来に見たけど、やっぱうまいは。

常盤さん深津さん陣内さんのやりとり面白かったです。話もけっこう重いところがあるんだけど３人のやりとりでうまく調和されてる印象でした。妻や子供に暴力をふるう夫、そして母は子供にあたるという話が一番好きでした。でも一番重い話のところなんですけどね。
