おなじ星、白い恋人、片思いなどジャンスマの曲中でも人気の有る曲が収録されておりジャンスマに興味を持って最初に購入するならこれが良いと思います。私はデビュー当時からジャンスマが好きでアルバム、シングルを全て持っていますが比較的印象の強い（好きな）曲ばかりが入っていてジャンスマらしさが凝縮されている感じがしました。ジャンスマの曲の感じは「吉田ゐさお」ならではの独特の感じ、言葉では上手く言い表すことの出来ない、そんな感じです。ヴォーカル、作詞の高木郁乃の歌声は切なさを帯びている感じ、｢Jungle Smile」は独特の雰囲気の曲を作り出しており好き嫌いはハッキリと分かれると思います。ちなみに私はジャンスマのほかには柴田淳、石嶺聡子などの曲が好きです。

ほんとーは星５つだけど、「チロ」「タコブーチョ」などなどが入ってないから４つにしました、まぁ贅沢はいっちゃいけないんだけど(^_^;)でもでもほんとジャングルスマイルのいいとこが全部入ってるすっごくいいアルバムだと
思います(∩.∩) 「飛べ！イカロス」「片思い」「１６歳」などなど名曲ぞろいだし。なんといってもお薦めが

「同級生」電車の中で昔の恋人に会うって詩なんだけどほんとに聞いてると胸に染みてくる感じです、音楽、詩が、
声が。特に自分的には「もうすぐ上野駅、ありがとう言わせて」このフレーズが頭に残って、ほんと大好きな曲ですね。アルバムの中でもいってますけど電車ソングとして

最高の歌ですね♪あんまりメジャーってわけじゃないんだけどファンが根強いっていうか(∩.∩) これをみた人これを機会にジャンスマの世界を知ってみては？

　リアルで痛いぐらいの歌詞と、力強くかつ穏やかで、流れるようなメロディ。高度な音楽性に支えられ、コンピュータ・エフェクトを駆使しながらも、どこかアナログな響きを持つサウンド。それらが融合した彼らの音楽は、今の日本には数少ない本物の魅力に満ちあふれています。こけおどしも、超絶な技術も、大げさな仕掛けも、ファッション性も、カリスマ性すらないかもしれませんが、彼らの場合、音楽の魅力だけで十分です。
　大ヒット曲はひとつもないけれど、心の中の軟らかい部分にサクッと入り込み、何かを呼び覚まさずにはおかない曲ばかり集めたJungle Smileのシングル集。これまで彼らの音楽を聴いたことが無い人にこそ是非聞いて欲しい、絶好のアーティスト入門盤です。岡本真夜、aiko等に代表される、アナログ系女性Vocalモノが好きな人には、超お奨め。
