このCDでは
１番が始めて催眠に入るための準備段階、
２番が実際に勉強前に気持を入れる集中系のもの。
３番が勉強がいやにならないように癒し系のもの
と別れている。
癒し系と集中系を使い分けができる点を評価したい。

ずいぶん前に買いましたが、これはいいです。
催眠CDは人によって受け入れられる度合いが違うようですが、このCDはわたしにあいました。相性がいいようです。癒し系の催眠CDと違い、不思議と眠くならないのも◎。
実際にこれを聞いてから勉強なり本を読むなりすると明らかに理解度が違います。集中力が高まったときの独特な気分をいつでも味わえます。
