ファーストアルバムよりも、
主体的に歌おうとする姿勢がよく現れています。
とくに、Yoko.B.Stoneの難しい歌を情感豊かに切なく歌い上げます。
しかも、切なさを表現した後にも、どこか前向きな気持ちになれる。
「冷たい海」がリリースされたのは、冬頃でしたが、
暑い夏に聞くと、クールダウンしてくれる感じで心地いい響きがあります。
今、聞き直してみても、質の高い作品です。
まだまだ伸びしろがある予感をさせる、成長期の作品ですね。
彼女にとって、もっともドラマチックで、R&B色の強い名盤だと思いますよ。
彼女の真剣さが伝わってくる良作と言えるでしょう。

全曲通して聴いてみたけどいい曲たくさん収録されているじゃん（*^_^*）
1曲目の「PERFECT CRIME」すごく好きだなぁ〜

はっきり言って、このアルバムは最高にイイです。
(一部のファンの中では一番人気が無いそうですが)

#1のスリリングな曲に始まり、#13の心に染み入るような
名バラッドで締めくくるところなど、まさに「Perfect Crime」！
キャッチーになりすぎず、それでいてメロウにもなりすぎず、
微妙な天秤のバランスを見事に合わせた一枚。

アルバム全体に、一本筋が通っている名盤。

「聴けば分かる世界」がここにあります。
