骨太バンドソウルフラワーユニオン♪
ただのロックじゃない、どんどん進化しつづけてるのがすごい。
結成当時はモロパンクっぽかったけど、今では沖縄アイリッシュ他
いろんな音楽を飲み込んで唯一無二の存在感を出すすごいバンドになった。
まあ聞く人によっては説教臭いかもしれないが。

しかし、このアルバムは捨て曲ナシ！彼等の持ち味であるライブ感も失われてないし、一枚とおして聞くのがお勧め。
最初から最後まで１曲もとばしたくない！
M-10の歌詞、ナイスでしょ！色々言われたりもしてるけど、ＳＦＵ好きなのよね、やっぱ！

ソウルフラワーは大人なのか子どもなのかよく分からない。いわゆるかっこよさを感じない。けれど何回も聞いてしまう。これは約束されたかっこよさではない。

でもなんかいいと思う。いい歌だなと思う。そんなことはソウルフラワー以外のアルバムを聞いて思うことはない。

なんなんやろな。きっとロックンロールとは転がって失って泣き叫んでも生き続けることだ。人生からポロリとこぼれ落ちた歌だ。

あまたのロックバンドがあれど、ソウル・フラワー・ユニオンほどロックの真髄を見せつけるパワーをもっているバンドはザラにはないのだ。冒頭曲からトップギアに入るスピード感が最高に心地よく、詞の力点が曲想のホット・スポットにポンポン決まる爽快感は比類ない。本当にこのようなロックが聴けることは最高に幸せだ。とにかく1枚1枚のアルバム、1曲1曲が面白く、やや陳腐な表現ながら、「とにかく元気になる！」のだ。この世界観が濃縮された1曲を挙げよということであれば、当アルバム２曲目の「殺人狂ルーレット」ではないだろうか。軽快なテンポ、パワフルなアレンジ、情のこってりこもったヴォーカルといい、とにかくハマリまくっている。うーん、いい！

他のソウルフラワーの作品に比べると分かりやすく、聴きやすい。歌詞も以前の作品と比べると分かりやすくなったが、頭でっかちな部分もあると思う。
