　映画を見ていない方も見た方もどちらも楽しめる一枚です。
　よく耳にする　2.summerは、車のCMに使われたのですが、映画を見た方は武監督のこだわりとともに広がる風景や物語を思い出してしまうでしょう。私の一番のお勧めは（といっても一番がしぼりきれず2曲になってしまったのですが）　8.Sillent　Love　と、13.KIDS　RETURN　です。

武監督の繊細かつ独自の感性から作られる映画の1コマ1コマが、この久石譲さんの曲によって、さらに私達の心に刻み込まれます。映画を見ていない方は、ほのかに薄暗い落ち着いた青を思い出し、目を閉じて聴いてみてはいかがでしょうか。

できれば、このＣＤから北野武監督の作品に手を伸ばされてはどうでしょう？見終わった後に残る、何とも言えない気持ちに、人生を見つめ直したり考えてみたりしては？

このCDは選曲元となっている「Brother」「sonatine」「KidsReturn」「菊次郎の夏」など、サウンドトラックCDを単独で聞いているのとは違う印象を与えてくれます。これは各映画のサウンドトラック単独のものよりも、久石さんの音楽の"流れ"が強く現れるからだと思います。

北野監督と久石さんの世界を共通して表している選曲集と言えるでしょう。もちろん北野映画を知らない人でも久石さんの作品を知る（聞く）ためにおすすめのCDです。 使われている二人の写真もすばらしい（＾＾）。

I just got this CD yesterday, and I listened to it in my car, it's great! The piano gives me a mood of smoothness, though some of the pictures are of "Yakuza" nature! Some scenes come up to my mind while the melody goes on and on, it's more than original soundtracts! The intergration of Hisaishi's music talents to Kitano's movies is a splendid piece, I strongly suggest this one to everybody!
