いくら紙ジャケットの再現性を高められても、音源が１９９４年リマスターのものなので、
「マザーシップ」を聴いてしまった身としては、非常に残念です。

　古参ファンというのは、いちいち金儲けがどうとか、イヤなら買わなきゃいいじゃん･･･。これを機に、若い世代が改めてZEPの偉大さに触れるかもしれないし。ZEPはジャケットのアートワークにまで拘りぬいたバンドだから、個人的には“神ジャケ”大賛成！

　今からおよそ40年も前に、こんな音を鳴らされたら、そりゃぁ腰が抜けるほど驚いたことだろう。ブルースを基盤としつつ、古典のフォーマットに縛られない、まさに革新的なギターリフと安定感場抜群のベース＋超驚級(！)のドラミングが織り成す“ヘビーな音の塊”に、負けじと張り合うハイトーン・シャウト。もうね、全てがケタ外れなの！

　これからZEPに触れる、若い人にお願い。決してキャッチャーで親しみやすいバンドではないし、構成が難しい曲も多く、その意味では思わず口ずさめるような曲もなく、ドライブなんかにはまったく向かないけど（笑）、i-podなんかに気軽にダウンロードするんじゃなく、アルバム全体をぜひとも正面から受け止めて欲しいな。

音の鮮度はﾍﾞｽﾄ盤ﾏｻﾞｰｼｯﾌﾟのほうが上だが
SHM-CDは従来のCDより透明感の向上高音の堅さがとれ聞き疲れ
しない音だと思う　この新素材CDによりﾌｰｧｽﾄｱﾙﾊﾞﾑらしい豪快な音
が存分に体感できる　明らかに従来盤より音質は向上しているのでは
