アメリカのR&Bにしてもリズム＆ブルースの時代からの流れがあるように、
このバンドの音にしばしば言われる昭和歌謡的な雰囲気は、過去と現在を結ぶ音。
日本人の心に染みわたる懐かしささえ感じさせてくれます。
生楽器の作り出す空気は曲によっていろんな表情を見せてくれます。
アルバムとはこういうものだ！と勝手に思っているのですが・・・。

まさに温故知新！良い音楽を探している人には、かなりオススメです！
家族で楽しめます。長く付き合える一枚です。

『くちばしにチェリー』で有名になった彼らですが、
良いのはこちらです。
このアルバムは捨て曲なし！
もう何年も聴いてますが全然飽きない。
けだるいが、ちゃんとしまっている曲ばかり。
「サイコアナルシス」は最高！一聴惚れしますよ！
彼らの独特の世界観が爆発している。
アルバム何枚か持ってますけど、これ以外はあまり聴かない。

それ程本作は飛び抜けてステキ。
是非是非是非是非！聴いて欲しい！

色彩のブルースで彼らの虜になりました。そしてこのアルバム、
「かつて・・・」のサックスの誘惑から始まる
あのなんとも言えないイントロ、
聞く者を魅了して止まない彼らの独創的な世界、
このアルバムは最高です。「calling me」なんて
彼女の魅惑的な声で歌われると聴き入らない人がいるんだろうか・・・
とにかく大絶賛な一枚です。是非、御賞味あれ。
